Key Responsibilities\n

- Deliver mental health therapy services to clients via telehealth platforms, focusing on establishing rapport and trust.
- Conduct thorough intake assessments and collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
- An active and unrestricted license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PsyD, PhD) to provide mental health therapy independently.
- Two or more years of clinical experience delivering psychotherapy to adult populations.
- Proficiency in intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment planning, as well as excellent writing skills for documentation.
- A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and a clean disciplinary record as required by state licensing boards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
