Registered Nurse, Telemetry (Tele) in Concord, New Hampshire. This travel-to-permanent assignment begins on 11/09/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. You’ll work a 12-hour night shift (12x4) with a guaranteed 48 hours per week, in a hospital setting. The position is travel - temporary assignment, offering a weekly pay range of $2,997 to $3,152.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and telemetry monitoring for adult patients on the tele unit
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to physician orders and patient needs
- Administer medications and IV therapies with accuracy, safety, and documentation
- Monitor vital signs and telemetry data; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and prepare patient discharge education
- Document all care in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with hospital policies
- May be asked to float to two regional facilities in emergencies, based on acuity and unit needs
Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact state; NH or Compact RN license required at submission
- NURSYS license verification
- 2+ years of Telemetry/Med-Surg experience; 1–2 years minimum Med-Surg experience specified
- Cerner EMR experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work nights and meet unit safety standards; willingness to float to affiliated regional sites as needed
- RTO (time off) must be included at time of submission
