This onsite position, located near Dover, NH, seeks a skilled professional with strong experience supporting students with behavioral and autism spectrum needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required for RBT applicants
- Consideration given to Behavior Technicians/Paras with solid background in behavioral and ASD environments (not solely 1:1 support)
- Demonstrated skills in supporting students exhibiting challenging behaviors, especially within school settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and related service providers
- Comfort working under supervision of a School BCBA
- Must provide certification and a resume highlighting relevant experience for consideration
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions to elementary-age students in a classroom environment
- Implement strategies and behavior plans as directed by supervising BCBA to promote positive engagement and student success
- Collect, record, and report data on student progress and behavioral goals
- Foster a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere for all students
- Maintain ethical, confidential, and professional standards in all interactions
- Communicate effectively with staff and participate in team meetings as needed
