Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/Hour

What You’ll Do:
Perform essential maintenance and repairs across BAMSI’s network of locations, ensuring every site is safe, operational, and well-maintained.

Perform a wide range of maintenance duties including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.

Proactively identify and complete preventative maintenance tasks using our digital work order system (FinishLinePro).

Respond promptly to emergency repair situations and provide on-call coverage on a rotating basis.

Maintain clear communication and professional relationships with program staff and stakeholders.

Safely operate BAMSI vehicles and responsibly maintain all tools, equipment, and property.

What You Bring:

Experience: High school diploma/GED and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in property/building maintenance.

Skills: General aptitude across multiple trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry) with demonstrated competency in at least two areas. Proficiency with hand and power tools is required.

Attributes: A strong, self-directed work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a professional, customer-service oriented attitude.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

Ability to pass a background check (CORI).
