Looking for a perioperative nursing opportunity with a schedule that supports work-life balance?
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Circulating Registered Nurse to join a collaborative Surgical Services team in the Littleton, NH area.
This full-time opportunity offers a unique role caring for patients throughout the perioperative journey, including pre-operative assessment, intraoperative circulating responsibilities, and post-anesthesia recovery care. As a key member of the surgical team, you will advocate for patients, promote safety, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and nursing colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday–Thursday
- 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- On-call responsibilities as assigned

Responsibilities Include:
- Perform pre-operative assessments and verify patient readiness for surgery
- Serve as the patient's advocate throughout the surgical experience
- Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and nursing staff
- Maintain a safe surgical environment and support sterile technique
- Participate in surgical time-outs and safety initiatives
- Monitor and care for patients during post-anesthesia recovery
- Provide patient and family education throughout the recovery process
Qualifications:
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- ACLS
- PALS
Preferred:
- Previous perioperative and/or PACU experience
- CNOR certification
