Work Environment\n
This is a full-time remote position, allowing flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While most of your work will be performed from a home office, you may need to be available for occasional in-person meetings or team-building activities. Our virtual setting promotes collaboration and communication among team members through advanced telehealth technologies and electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring seamless integration of patient care.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, including mental health history and psychosocial factors.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
- Facilitate therapeutic sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, addressing a wide spectrum of issues including depression and anxiety.
- Lead psychoeducational and support groups that promote community and provide patients with coping strategies and resources.
- Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Provide urgent intervention services during crisis situations, ensuring that patients receive the immediate support they require.
- Educate clients about mental health issues and connect them to community resources to enhance their rehabilitation and recovery process.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment updates.
- Engage in case consultations and team meetings to enhance clinical practices and contribute to a culture of continuous professional growth.
- Remain informed about the latest research developments and advancements in mental health to better serve our clientele.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Our clinic serves a diverse group of clients, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. You will play a vital role in creating individualized treatment pathways that support our clients’ unique life situations and health goals.
Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.
- Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Proven experience conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
- Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions with diverse client populations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
- Commitment to professional ethics and established boundaries in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms for patient management.
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team, fostering collaborative efforts to enhance patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The competitive salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
