Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs with exceptional customer service skills.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services while effectively communicating options.
- Document service orders and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Stay updated on automotive trends and dealership practices to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive service writing and customer service
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair
- Sales skills with a focus on auto estimating and service management
- Familiarity with dealership operations and service technician experience
- Relevant experience in areas such as transmissions, brake repair, and diesel engine repair
