We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality emergency care in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled ER nurse looking for a stable permanent position within a respected critical access hospital in New Hampshire.

Position Summary
The Emergency Department RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients. The RN works independently within the scope of professional nursing practice, medical direction, and hospital policies to ensure safe and effective patient care.
-> Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and emergency nursing interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge plans
- Advocate for patient safety, dignity, and compassionate care
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education
-> Required Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire RN license or active Compact RN license
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN required, BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Rhythm recognition / basic arrhythmia experience
