Responsibilities
- Provide Med Surg Tele nursing care for adult patients, including telemetry monitoring and ongoing assessment
- Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies; document in the electronic health record
- Develop and implement patient care plans, monitor changes in condition, and escalate as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, discharge planning, and patient education
- Maintain patient safety and infection control standards; respond to clinical changes promptly
Requirements
- Active registered nurse license for Massachusetts at time of submission
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) required
- 2+ years of RN experience, with travel and trauma hospital experience or similar hospital setting
- Ability to work a travel assignment and night shift; no float requirement
- Flu vaccine required prior to start; no religious exemptions
