Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess patient needs, using structured assessment tools and interviews to gather comprehensive information.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that cater to the specific needs of clients, adapting approaches as necessary to ensure optimal engagement and efficacy.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and provide valuable education regarding mental health and coping strategies.
- Collaborate actively with psychiatrists and psychologists through case conferences to ensure comprehensive care is provided to clients.
- Respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.
- Educate clients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources to empower their journey toward recovery.
- Maintain up-to-date and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay informed on the latest research and treatment methodologies in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
- A valid, current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Massachusetts is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities, with the ability to conduct detailed assessments and create effective treatment plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate meaningful connections with clients from various backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
