Beginning August 20th, you’ll become an essential part of an educational team dedicated to student success. Workday hours are 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, providing a consistent routine and work-life balance.
The available positions include Educational Support Professional (ESP) and Behavior Interventionist (BI) roles across various K-8 classrooms, so you can put your skills to good use where they’ll make the biggest impact.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional, educational assistant, or in a similar support role
- Knowledge of effective classroom management and behavior intervention strategies
- Ability to collaborate with teachers and related service providers to deliver individualized support
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
- Dependability, patience, and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting students one-on-one or in small groups to engage with lessons and complete assignments
- Supporting positive behavior and implementing intervention plans as directed by the teacher or team
- Contributing to a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Documenting student progress and communicating effectively with the instructional team
- Encouraging student independence and social-emotional growth
