Compensation:
$125,000+ Commission based
Responsibilities:
You will work with clients across Massachusetts, helping them buy and sell homes with confidence. From marketing listings and following up with leads to staying on top of market trends, you’ll be part of a dynamic, experienced team that values service and results. You will also join in on regular trainings, team meetings, and community events that keep you connected and inspired.
Qualifications:
- A Massachusetts Real Estate License (active or in process) is required.
- The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and enjoys connecting with people.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn will help you succeed here.
- Experience in real estate or sales is a bonus, but not a must; we will help you build the skills to shine.
