- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, ideally within a public or private school setting
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Familiarity with creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)

- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations

- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise to shape student plans and success strategies
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support students with varied learning and speech challenges
- Offer both direct and consultative services as required by student IEPs
