Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their unique needs and backgrounds.
- Provide personalized individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the specific requirements of each patient.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to specified timelines.
- Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support patients in maintaining stable mental health functioning.
- Create comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition back into the community while considering ongoing care needs.
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Commit to professional development through ongoing training and continuing education to ensure that you remain knowledgeable and effective in your role.
- Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to share insights and enhance team collaboration.
- Complete all mandatory training and licensure requirements, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
