Greater Boston builders are hiring Superintendents for healthcare and life science work: occupied hospital renovations, lab fit outs, and ground up research buildings. You run the site under the hardest conditions this market has, next to people whose work cannot stop while you build. BELMONT Search is a construction executive search firm. We recruit at the operating level for general contractors and construction managers across Greater Boston. The job: - Occupied healthcare renovation, lab fit out, or ground up research space - Infection control risk assessment and interim life safety in live buildings - Phasing and shutdown coordination with facilities and end users - Heavy mechanical and electrical coordination through commissioning - Punch, turnover and validation support Ten years or more running your own sites, with real time in occupied medical or laboratory environments.
