Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, employing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
- Utilize effective therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in addressing various mental health challenges.
- Document session notes accurately and efficiently to facilitate collaborative care and treatment continuity.
- Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance your skills and keep up with the latest in mental health research and methodologies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on best practices and client progress.
- Maintain compliance with all state licensing requirements and adhere to ethical standards in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Our diverse clientele includes individuals from all walks of life, experiencing a variety of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex mental health issues. The focus of your work will be both individual and group-based therapy, primarily serving adolescents and adults in need of support. With sessions funded by schools, you will have the opportunity to focus your efforts primarily on therapy without the added burden of insurance billing.
Qualifications\n

- Possession of a master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
- Active licensure to practice as a mental health professional in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD).
- At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services to adults.
- Strong ability to assess clients' needs and create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Excellent documentation skills for maintaining accurate and timely session notes.
- A clean disciplinary record with no disciplinary actions against you from any licensing board.
