Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students across a district as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) during the upcoming school year. This vital role offers the chance to create meaningful outcomes for students by providing district-wide behavioral assessment and intervention expertise from August 26, 2026 through June 15, 2027, at a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.

In this assignment, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading evidence-based behavioral assessments and designing intervention plans customized for individual student needs
  • Consulting and collaborating directly with students, classroom staff, and families to promote positive behavioral growth and academic success
  • Engaging in meaningful partnerships with external agencies supporting students and their families, consistently advocating for student wellbeing
  • Monitoring progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed, and providing ongoing education to staff and caregivers
  • Maintaining thorough documentation in line with district protocols and professional standards

Ideal candidates possess the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst, preferably within educational settings
  • Demonstrated ability to consult effectively, communicate with diverse stakeholders, and manage a caseload district-wide
  • A collaborative, strengths-based approach and genuine commitment to student-centered supports
