<p>IT Program Manager (EDS) requires:</p>

<li>Experienced IT Program Manager with a strong pharmaceutical background to lead a strategic initiative to build a unified Enterprise data solution. </li>
<li>Close coordination with project managers and business relationship managers across the program to align on scope, schedule, and resourcing. </li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field,</li>
<li>PMP (or similar certification), and has a proven track record delivering enterprise-scale data programs in the pharmaceutical industry using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. </li>
</ul>
<p>IT Program Manager (EDS) duties:</p>
<ul>
<li>Owns end-to-end program delivery, including governance, roadmap development, and execution.</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional teams through complex lifecycles, ensuring alignment with pharma regulations and the IT operating model</li>
<li>Manage program scope, communicating risks and mitigation plans, and providing regular updates to IT and business stakeholders.</li>
