Langdon Place of Exeter is seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for an MNA looking for a set schedule with minimal hours while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Schedule: Every Monday 3PM - 11PM and every other weekend.
Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00, based on experience

Responsibilities
As an MNA, you will:

Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

Accurately document medication administration and resident information

Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the licensed nurse

Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed

Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care

Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and independence

Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the care team

Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements

Work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure residents receive exceptional care
Qualifications

Current New Hampshire MNA license in good standing

Previous senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
