Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMHC at White Oak, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and devise tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing their unique needs and circumstances.

  • Facilitate crisis planning and risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of your clients.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support plans, ensuring the highest quality of care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, using tools and methodologies that support effective treatment monitoring.

  • Serve as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, fostering partnerships that enhance service provision and create new opportunities for our clients.

  • Actively contribute to licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating commitment to maintaining the quality of care provided by our clinic.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must:

  • Hold a Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field.

  • Possess an independent LMHC license recognized by the state board.
