About the Role:
As a Behavior Tech with New Patterns ABA - CT, you will work closely with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Implementing behavioral plans and protocols in a one-on-one setting with clients

Collecting and recording data on client behavior

Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify individualized treatment plans

Maintaining accurate records and reports of client progress

Providing support and guidance to clients and their families
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement behavioral plans and protocols in a one-on-one setting with clients
• Collect and record data on client behavior, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and modify individualized treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication and implementation
• Provide support and guidance to clients and their families, ensuring a holistic approach to care
• Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress, utilizing our electronic data management system
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies

Requirements:
