About the Role:

As a Behavior Tech with New Patterns ABA - CT, you will work closely with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing behavioral plans and protocols in a one-on-one setting with clients

  • Collecting and recording data on client behavior

  • Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify individualized treatment plans

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of client progress

  • Providing support and guidance to clients and their families

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavioral plans and protocols in a one-on-one setting with clients
• Collect and record data on client behavior, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and modify individualized treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication and implementation
• Provide support and guidance to clients and their families, ensuring a holistic approach to care
• Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress, utilizing our electronic data management system
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies

Requirements:

  • 0 years of experience in the field of ABA or a related field (training provided)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
