We are currently seeking a Lead Carpenter to join our skilled team. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and scope of work.
- Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a lead carpenter or senior carpenter in residential and/or commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and construction site safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site travel.
