Every weekend required
$2,000 completion bonus for 8 week contract.
No more than 2 call outs, and no NCNS or the bonus will be voided.

**Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times. **Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer to be considered for any assignment.
