Join a dedicated mental health treatment team as a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Milton, NH, working Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with weekend on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric assessments, developing treatment and medication plans, prescribing and monitoring medications, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, educating residents and families, responding to emergencies, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates should have an MSN with PMHNP certification, an active NH Nurse Practitioner License, DEA (or in process), and at least 2 years of psychiatric experience, preferably with youth. Knowledge of trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders is essential.
