You’ll work in a well-supported environment where educators share a strong commitment to inclusion, individualized learning, and student growth.What You’ll Do• Provide pull-out instruction in reading and study skills for students with IEPs• Develop and implement targeted lesson plans aligned to individual goals• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with IEP requirements• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to align accommodations• Foster a structured, inclusive, and encouraging learning environmentExperience You’ll Need• Massachusetts DESE license in Moderate Disabilities (5–12) or equivalent certification• Experience providing small-group academic interventions or specialized reading instruction• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress reporting• Strong communication and organizational skills in a collaborative school environment
