Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician – Multiple Openings
Location: Boston, MA
Pay: $23.00–$30.00+ per hour, depending on experience and assignment
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary & Temp-to-Hire
The Liberty Group is actively hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians for multiple apartment communities throughout Boston and Greater Boston.
If you have apartment maintenance experience and are looking for your next opportunity, we want to hear from you. We have both immediate and upcoming assignments ranging from temporary coverage to long-term and temp-to-hire opportunities.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing resident work orders
- Apartment turns and make-readies
- Painting and drywall repair
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Appliance troubleshooting
- General repairs
- Preventative maintenance
- Property and grounds upkeep
We're looking for candidates with:
- Apartment, multifamily, residential, facilities, or similar maintenance experience
- Strong general repair skills
- Reliable transportation
- Professional communication skills
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
EPA/HVAC certification is a plus for certain assignments but is not required for every opportunity.
