Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) in Berlin, Vermont, United States. Start date: 09/28/2026 for a 16-week travel assignment in a long-term care facility. Weekly pay ranges from $2,139 to $2,246. Shift: 3x12-hour days. This position is a travel - temporary assignment staffed through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including assessment and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy, documenting responses and adverse events
- Perform routine and focused physical assessments, identify changes in condition, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other disciplines to develop and update care plans; monitor residents with dementia and respond to behavioral and medical needs
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in the facility’s electronic medical record; ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements
- Float to other units as needed to support patient care and unit coverage
Requirements
- BLS through American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- LTC experience required
- Floating required; willingness to float to other units as needed
- Comfort working with residents who have dementia
