Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a part-time detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Administrator to manage legal agreements and support contract administration processes within our organization. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in contract management tools, and a solid understanding of regulatory standards for clinical trial disclosures. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and compliance. 20-hour week, fully remote and flexible hours M-F.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain legal agreements throughout their lifecycle.
- Administer contracts in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of agreements using tools such as DocuSign and AdobeSign.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve contract-related issues.
- Monitor global regulatory standards for clinical trial disclosures and ensure adherence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years managing legal agreements.
- 1–2 years in contract administration within industry, government, or academic research settings.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in health professions, legal studies, science, or paralegal studies.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Dropbox, DocuSign, and AdobeSign.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow established procedures and implement process improvements.
