This position allows for a flexible remote work arrangement through a telehealth framework, enabling you to provide care from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional atmosphere. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Adaptability in scheduling may be required based on the diverse needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological and emotional needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that address these concerns effectively.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using established evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet each patient's unique circumstances.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops, helping individuals navigate common mental health issues while fostering a supportive community environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care that promotes the best outcomes for our patients.
- Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during crises, assessing the urgency of situations and implementing appropriate therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

- Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
