📍 Somerville, MA | 🗓️ 8 Weeks | ⏱️ 40 hrs/week | ☀️ Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
\n Seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee operations for Outpatient Endoscopy and Urgent Care. The ideal candidate will have strong nurse leadership experience, expertise in GI procedures, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
\n Responsibilities:
\n Provide leadership and operational oversight for the Endoscopy and Urgent Care departments
\n Manage daily staffing, scheduling, workflow, and clinical operations
\n Oversee GI procedures and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
\n Support staff development, performance, and patient care initiatives
\n Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
\n Maintain accurate documentation and departmental compliance using EPIC EMR
\n Requirements:
\n Active Massachusetts RN License
\n Current AHA BLS certification
\n Nurse Manager experience required
\n 5+ years of Nurse Manager experience highly preferred
\n Experience with moderate sedation and GI scope procedures
\n CGRN certification preferred
\n Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
\n Assignment Details:
\n 8-week assignment
\n 40 hours per week
\n Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
\n No weekends, holidays, or on-call
\n Coverage for Outpatient Endoscopy and Urgent Care
\n Endoscopy patients: 18+ years; Urgent Care: all ages
\n 4 procedure rooms
\n Local and travel candidates accepted (50-mile radius policy)

Patterns Hiring Job ID #NANC-0144---0801. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
