Our client, a boutique law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to support residential real estate matters in Framingham, Massachusetts. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can oversee property transactions with a high degree of accuracy, coordinate effectively with all parties involved, and keep files moving smoothly from initial intake through closing.


Role: Real Estate Paralegal

Location: Framingham, MA

Schedule: In Office M-F

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience) + bonuses


Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential real estate transactions from initial intake through closing and post-closing.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, deeds, settlement statements, and other conveyancing documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and other parties throughout the transaction.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and provide timely updates regarding the status of their transactions.
  • Review title, resolve closing issues, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage a high volume of files while maintaining strong organization, attention to detail, and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate closing logistics, signatures, recording, and post-closing matters.
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic files and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Utilize Qualia and other real estate transaction management systems as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of residential real estate/conveyancing experience.
  • Ability to independently manage residential real estate files from beginning to end.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, responsive, and client-service oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualia experience preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, lenders, brokers, and attorneys.
