Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Working in an R&D environment with the engineering team and scientists to develop new technologies for ion implanters.
- Perform maintenance, operate the ion implanter, and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
- Assist with facilities management, including water chillers, air compressors, HVAC equipment, and nitrogen gas delivery systems.
- On call 24/7 for any emergency facility issues on off-hours.
- Qualifications
- At least 2 + years’ experience successfully working with an Ion Implanter, or other accelerator-based technology experience.
- Requires mechanical assembly skills, electrical troubleshooting skills, vacuum system experience, vacuum leak check skills, and knowledge and experience with robotic wafer handling systems.
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
