Nutrition that Works, LLC is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated Consultant Dietitian to join our team in Bennington, VT. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a long-term care setting with a flexible, hybrid-remote schedule.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 1630 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document care using the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) within the EMR system.
• Complete MDS assessments accurately and timely.
• Calculate complex tube feeding requirements.
• Provide clinical recommendations for wound healing and significant weight changes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD/RDN).
• Valid State Dietetic Licensure.
• Strong communication skills with a clientcentered approach.
• A positive, professional attitude.
