As a remote worker, you will benefit from a flexible work environment that allows you to manage your schedule while effectively meeting the needs of your clients. Although you will primarily work from home, our outpatient office facilities in Springfield serve as a base for collaborative meetings and team support. Our work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
- Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address a wide range of mental health issues.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and upholding the highest standards of client confidentiality.
- Engage in collaborative treatment efforts with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care.
- Participate in regular case reviews and consultations to continuously improve care quality and client outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- An active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
