Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough client assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- An active and valid Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in Vermont is mandatory.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals or family units.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
