Job Description

Make a direct impact in a vibrant school setting, working alongside dedicated professionals to ensure quality therapy services for students. This contract opportunity is for experienced Occupational Therapists to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) within a supportive on-site environment. Two OTs are needed for the upcoming school year, with flexible part-time (up to 20 hours/month) and full-time (up to 37.5 hours/week) schedules available.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid and current Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
Demonstrated experience supervising COTAs, including familiarity with state supervision requirements
Previous work in a school-based setting is required
Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and paraprofessionals
Proactive approach to documentation and administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver required clinical supervision for assigned COTAs (up to two per therapist)
Meet supervision requirements: approximately 7 hours per month per COTA
Complete all mandated supervision documentation and administrative paperwork
Provide supervision exclusively on-site at public school locations
Work in tandem with district educators, staff, and COTAs to facilitate compliance and high-quality occupational therapy services

Direct mileage reimbursement for travel to and from the district, in line with IRS mileage rates
