Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This rewarding full-time contract opportunity is tailored for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), ready to collaborate with a multidisciplinary school team. You will focus on assessment, therapy, and consultation—playing a vital role in fostering young learners’ communication skills.

Qualifications we’re seeking:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP-CCC
  • Experience working across K-12 settings is highly desirable
  • Minimum of three years of school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a significant plus
  • Ability to supervise SLPAs and Clinical Fellows preferred; new graduates are welcome and will be supported
  • Eligibility to work for the duration of the 2026-2027 school year

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct and indirect speech and language services to a diverse K-12 student body, in alignment with IEP goals
  • Conducting assessments, re-evaluations, and collaborating with team members on eligibility and progress monitoring
  • Developing and implementing intervention plans that address a range of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Consulting with educators and families to support carryover and student progress
  • Supervising SLPAs and/or Clinical Fellows if eligible and as needed
  • Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation
