Pay: $38–$42/hr DOE + $1/hr Night & Weekend Differential\n

\nMaxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one homecare services for pediatric and adult patients throughout the Holyoke, MA area. Whether you're an experienced nurse or new to homecare, Maxim provides the training and support needed to succeed.\n

\nNew graduates are encouraged to apply. No previous homecare experience is required.\n

Responsibilities\n
\n
\nUtilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.\n
\n
\nPerforms focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.\n
\n
\nAssesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.\n
\n
\nAdministers medications and treatments as ordered.\n
\n
\nDocuments patient care accurately and timely.\n
\n
\nProvides quality one-on-one nursing care in the home setting.\n
\n
\nPerforms other LPN duties as assigned.\n
\n
Qualifications\n
\n
\nCurrent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts.\n
\n
\nCurrent Health Certificate (per facility requirements).\n
\n
\nCurrent PPD or Chest X-Ray.\n
\n
\nCurrent BLS certification.\n
\n
\nHomecare experience preferred but not required.\n
\n
