Step into a rewarding opportunity providing essential supervision and support to a dedicated school community in New Hampshire. Accredited Occupational Therapists are needed to guide and empower Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) working within the public school setting. This contract role is available for both full-time and part-time schedules—whether you can offer up to 20 hours per month or are available for a full 37.5-hour work week, your expertise is valued.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Holds current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in New Hampshire
  • Skilled in clinical supervision of COTAs, with experience meeting state guidelines
  • Solid background in school-based occupational therapy, understanding the needs of diverse student populations
  • Detail-oriented and organized to efficiently manage documentation and administrative responsibilities
  • Effective communicator who collaborates professionally with staff and therapy teams

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor up to two COTAs in the district, guiding their practice and ensuring high standards of care
  • Provide around 7 hours of direct supervision per COTA each month, fulfilling all regulatory and clinical expectations
  • Maintain thorough supervision records and support ongoing compliance with district and state requirements
  • Work on-site within public schools, fostering teamwork with educators, administrators, and therapy staff
  • Contribute to a positive learning environment and help shape student success through collaborative therapy services
