Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm and engaging personal care services to residents.
- Administer or assist with medication in accordance with the Resident Care Plan.
- Regularly check on residents' well-being and communicate any changes in their condition or Care Plan.
- Inspire and collaborate with the Health Services Director to assess and document resident evaluations at specified intervals.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A graduate from a state-approved nursing school.
- Possession of a current state license as a Registered Nurse or Practical/Vocational Nurse.
- A minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, or acute/long-term care settings.
