Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and empathetic OB/GYN physician to join our Women's Health team, offering comprehensive care to women at every stage of life. This position allows for the practice of full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology. Our department is equipped to provide extensive women's health services, including our newly launched Menopause & Wellness Program, the first of its kind in the region, focusing on personalized care for women during midlife and beyond, as well as gynecologic oncology, high-risk pregnancy management, and minimally invasive gynecologic procedures utilizing robotic technology.

As a member of our organization, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will implement evidence-based treatments, perform surgical procedures, and educate patients on preventive health measures, all while contributing to the advancement of women's health in our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including preventive health, prenatal services, labor and delivery, and postpartum management.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of women's health issues, such as menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, infertility, and menopause-related challenges.
  • Perform gynecologic and obstetric surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques, adhering to our standards of excellence.
  • Lead and support specialized initiatives like the Menopause & Wellness Program, offering expert advice on hormonal changes and long-term health strategies.
  • Create personalized treatment plans and ensure continuity of care for patients throughout their life stages.
  • Educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, and preventive measures for overall wellness.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of over 800 providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) while adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Stay updated with clinical guidelines, best practices, and emerging research through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Engage in community outreach, seminars, and educational programs to raise awareness about women's health issues in the region.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
  • Current state medical license and DEA registration.
  • Proven clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and strong communication skills.
