Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily front office operations in Lawrence, Massachusetts. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, managing communications, and keeping onsite activities organized. The person in this role will help ensure visitors, employees, and training participants receive attentive assistance while administrative and logistical tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome employees, guests, and training attendees with an attentive and friendly approach while managing daily front desk coverage.
• Answer and direct incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, ensuring messages and inquiries reach the appropriate contacts promptly.
• Coordinate check-in activities and provide clear guidance to visitors and staff as they arrive onsite.
• Prepare training rooms by arranging materials, organizing supplies, and supporting setup before sessions and breakdown afterward.
• Assemble and distribute training documents and other administrative materials needed for scheduled programs and meetings.
• Assist with basic computer setup and readiness for classroom or training use to help sessions begin smoothly.
• Send reminders and routine communications related to training schedules, attendance, and onsite coordination.
• Provide general administrative and communication support to help maintain efficient front office and training operations.• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, concierge, or customer-facing administrative role.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and handle inbound calls with courtesy and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a welcoming and service-oriented demeanor.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks at once in a busy office or training environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to support simple workstation or classroom setup tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when preparing materials and managing schedules.
• Reliable attendance and a detail-oriented approach to working with employees, visitors, and internal teams.
