Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting clients in identifying prime investment opportunities and development properties.
  • Leveraging your market knowledge to guide clients through commercial real estate transactions.

  • Staying informed on market trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.

Compensation:

$122,500 - $234,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as point of contact for new buyer and seller inquiries
  • Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email
  • Gather client information and understand their real estate needs
  • Coordinate with licensed agents to schedule consultations and tours
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the client journey
  • Support administrative follow-up and documentation as needed

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License required or in progress
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
  • Comfortable working with clients and managing follow-up tasks
  • Commission-based position
