Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to our subacute rehab residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of their individualized care plans

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans

Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and high-quality care

Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in rehabilitation nursing

Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment through effective communication and teamwork
Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Vermont
-
Zero years of experience (0) or more, with a passion for rehabilitation nursing and a willingness to learn and grow
