Job Description

Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through June 2027 and offers a dynamic, supportive environment where your skills can truly shine. You’ll play a vital role in guiding students, supporting behavioral interventions, and collaborating with educators and families throughout the school year.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, in good standing
Experience supporting K-8 students in educational or clinical settings
Understanding of behavioral intervention strategies and data collection
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Patience, flexibility, and a passion for encouraging student growth
Previous experience in schools is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions
Collect and maintain student data to monitor progress
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to build social, emotional, and academic skills
Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families in developing support plans
Attend team meetings and provide input on student progress
Foster a positive, inclusive environment within the school community
