Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through June 2027 and offers a dynamic, supportive environment where your skills can truly shine. You’ll play a vital role in guiding students, supporting behavioral interventions, and collaborating with educators and families throughout the school year.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, in good standing
- Experience supporting K-8 students in educational or clinical settings
- Understanding of behavioral intervention strategies and data collection
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for encouraging student growth
- Previous experience in schools is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Collect and maintain student data to monitor progress
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to build social, emotional, and academic skills
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families in developing support plans
- Attend team meetings and provide input on student progress
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment within the school community
