About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population via a 100% telehealth model, working Monday through Friday on four 10-hour shifts or an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, with a caseload of 16 patients per day structured as 8 patients in the morning and 8 in the afternoon, plus administrative time for documentation. The patient population consists of adults seeking perimenopause and menopause care, and clinicians must be familiar with prescribing menopausal hormone therapy. Required credentials include a Massachusetts DNP license, DEA registration, prescriptive authority, and one reference; board certification is negotiable, with a credentialing timeframe of approximately 7 days. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
