ABOUT THE TEAM
Basis' Agency Lead team partners with and supports agencies as they push the boundaries of the digital ad space. You will be a part of a team that is nimble, fueled by curiosity, and grounded in a culture of positivity, accountability, and support. At the core of your work is a commitment to helping agencies win BIG. By showcasing Basis and Basis' commitment to innovation—you will play a part in redefining the agency of the future.
WAYS YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
This position is a senior individual contributor role on the Agency team. You will be primarily responsible for cultivating and growing client relationships, presenting Basis as a strong partner within your book of business, achieving quarterly revenue goals, and working collaboratively with internal teams. You will contribute by:WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 8 years of experience in digital AdTech sales
- Professional network that includes established senior-level and c-suite level relationships at agencies with automated buying platforms
- History of outstanding sales achievement and experience in structuring and closing large, complex deals
- The drive to win and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel
- Commitment to creating inclusive, respectful environments where all voices are valued and supported.
- Thoughtful approach to collaboration, design, and decision-making that prioritizes equity, access, and continuous learning.
BONUS POINTS
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to stay highly organized, optimistic, and coachable through quickly changing situations
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Strong Preference for New York/New England Area
This salary range represents OTE, and reflects a typical compensation range for the role and level in most U.S. locations. Final compensation offered will depend on your location, experience, and skills.
