Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/T-LPN) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Bennington, VT
Shift: Second Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Contract Duration: 15 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 32 Hours per Week
Schedule: Every Weekend Required
Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/T-LPN) to provide quality nursing care to residents at a skilled nursing facility in Bennington, Vermont.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and applicable regulations.
- Assist with implementing and following individualized resident care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and resident observations.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow established infection control, safety, and quality care standards.
- Support residents' comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Valid Vermont (VT) or Compact state LPN license required.
- Active BLS certification required.
- Work on every weekend required.
- Previous LPN experience prefered; qualified candidates without prior LPN experience are welcome to apply.
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
