Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role located in either Barre, MA or Amherst, MA. The Paralegal will assist attorneys with legal document preparation, including notices to quit, motions, complaints and restraining orders. The role involves maintaining detailed records, communicating with clients, and providing organizational support to ensure the smooth handling of legal matters.
Qualifications
- Experience with Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Experience as property manager or in real estate helpful
- Strong skills in Research and Document Review
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficient organizational and time management skills for effectively supporting attorneys
- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of legal research tools and case management software
- Prior experience in landlord-tenant law or civil litigation is a plus
