Compensation: $180,000-$225,000 Base Salary depending on experience with multiple Bonus Opportunities

The firm represents individuals, businesses, and public authorities in complex disputes, including construction, real estate, business, and insurance matters. The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Construction Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic and highly respected team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a firm that handles sophisticated construction and real estate disputes for clients across the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex construction litigation matters, including disputes involving payment, defective work, changes in scope, termination, delay, mechanic's liens, and bonds.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation.
- Advise clients on risk management and contract negotiation for construction and design projects.
- Draft and negotiate construction and design professional contracts for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
- Collaborate with experienced trial lawyers and contribute to thought leadership through industry involvement and publications.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active Massachusetts Bar membership.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction law and litigation.
- Proven track record in handling complex construction disputes and delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
